LTC RN – Long-Term Care Registered Nurse

Position Summary

Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Monitor health conditions, administer treatments, coordinate care, and support residents’ safety, comfort, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents’ conditions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as ordered.
  • Provide wound care and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
  • Monitor vital signs, labs, and changes in resident condition.
  • Recognize and respond to changes in health status and emergencies.
  • Develop and update individualized care plans.
  • Educate residents and families regarding care and health needs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.
  • Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Follow infection-control, safety, and quality-of-care standards.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate approach to resident-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a long-term care environment.

Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
