Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

We are seeking a compassionate Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents while supporting their health, safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor residents' health conditions and nursing needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
Coordinate care with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Active RN license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification required.
Strong knowledge of geriatric and long-term care nursing.
Previous LTC, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
