Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (LTC RN)
We are seeking a compassionate Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents while promoting their health, safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor residents' health conditions and needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate residents and families on care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of geriatric and long-term care nursing.
- Previous LTC, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
