Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The LTC RN will assess resident needs, administer treatments, coordinate care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote the health, comfort, and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Supervise and support LPNs and Nursing Assistants as needed.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced long-term care environment.
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred

Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
