Position Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (LTC RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents with ongoing medical and healthcare needs. The RN will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Provide wound care and other nursing procedures as needed.
- Assist with chronic disease management and ongoing care needs.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and healthcare providers.
- Educate residents and families regarding care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and long-term care standards.
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
