The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care and clinical support in a specialized hematology clinic serving patients with sickle cell disease and thrombosis disorders. Responsibilities include conducting patient intake assessments, obtaining and documenting vital signs, administering vaccines, performing point-of-care testing, collecting laboratory specimens, and assisting with care coordination. The LPN ensures accurate documentation, supports patient education, maintains compliance with clinic protocols, and collaborates with physicians, advanced nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Pay Rate
$45.37 - $50.24/hour
