Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care (LPN-LTC)
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The LPN will assist with patient assessments, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and support the overall well-being of residents.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care and support daily resident needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a long-term care environment.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$39.00 - $43.88/hour
