Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor residents' health conditions and nursing needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in resident condition.
- Coordinate care with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatment.
- Supervise and support nursing staff as assigned.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of geriatric, skilled nursing, and long-term care practices.
- Previous SNF/LTC, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
