Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in an acute, outpatient, or specialty clinical setting. The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly respond to changes or emergencies
• Accurately document patient care, assessments, and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and care plans
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and clinical standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
• Adhere to facility policies, state regulations, and professional nursing standards
Required Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred based on specialty)
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care
Pay Rate
$46.60 - $51.48/hour
