Licensed Practical Nurse
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or healthcare provider.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
- Assist with wound care, patient assessments, and other nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and nursing standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
- BLS certification as required.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$22.66 - $27.53/hour
