Licensed Practical Nurse
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or healthcare provider.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Obtain vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Follow infection control, safety, and nursing standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
- BLS certification as required.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$37.48 - $42.36/hour
