Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and support overall patient health and comfort. The LPN will work closely with the nursing and healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care according to patient needs and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions and report changes promptly.
- Assist with wound care, dressings, catheters, and other nursing procedures.
- Support patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and families on care and treatment instructions.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and patient-care standards.
- Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN/LVN license as required.
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program.
- Previous healthcare or clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic nursing care, medications, and patient safety.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, dependable, professional, and patient-focused.
Pay Rate
$29.69 - $34.57/hour
