Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or healthcare provider. The LPN will monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, assist with daily care needs, and support the healthcare team in delivering safe, quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care according to established care plans.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care.
- Collect specimens and assist with diagnostic procedures as needed.
- Observe patients for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and nursing policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of practical nursing procedures and patient care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under the direction of an RN or healthcare provider.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
Pay Rate
$30.64 - $35.52/hour
