Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Position Summary
Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients under the direction of registered nurses and healthcare providers. Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and support patients in maintaining their health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
- Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
- Support patients with activities of daily living as needed.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health needs.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current and active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
- Previous healthcare or clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Pay Rate
$26.46 - $31.34/hour
