Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Position Summary
Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients under the direction of an RN or physician. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and support overall patient comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor vital signs and patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Provide wound care and assist with basic patient care needs.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and families on care instructions and health needs.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and quality-of-care standards.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Pay Rate
$32.16 - $37.04/hour
