Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients under the direction of registered nurses and healthcare providers. The LPN will monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, assist with daily care, and support the healthcare team in delivering quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or healthcare provider.
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
- Perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
- Check and document vital signs and patient information.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
- Provide patient and family education regarding care and treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Previous LPN experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Pay Rate
$27.79 - $32.67/hour
