Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care while supporting patients and the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.
- Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities.
- Recognize and report changes in patient condition to the RN or provider.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on basic care and treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and nursing protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Active LPN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Previous healthcare or nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$29.88 - $34.76/hour
