Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide safe and compassionate nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assist with daily nursing needs.
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient assessments and procedures.
- Educate patients and families on care and treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Active LPN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and patient care.
- Previous clinical, long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$31.02 - $35.90/hour
