Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician while ensuring patient safety and positive clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assist with daily nursing activities.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient assessments, procedures, and care planning.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and patient care.
- Previous clinical, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient, or acute care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$21.71 - $26.58/hour
