Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care, support patient treatment plans, and promote positive patient outcomes in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient assessments, procedures, and daily care activities.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and medication administration.
- Previous clinical, long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$26.46 - $31.34/hour
