Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care while supporting patients and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed within the scope of practice.
- Assist with patient assessments, daily living activities, and care planning.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and medication administration.
- Previous LPN experience in acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings preferred
Pay Rate
$25.89 - $30.77/hour
