Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. The LPN will assist with patient assessments, administer treatments, and support daily patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
- Administer medications, IV therapies (as permitted), and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on medications and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills.
- Previous acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or clinic experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$37.48 - $42.36/hour
