Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. The LPN will assist with patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, injections, IV therapy (where permitted by state regulations), and prescribed treatments.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
  • Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures.
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
  • Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, patient safety standards, and facility policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
  • Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medication administration, patient care, infection prevention, and nursing procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.

Pay Rate
$25.89 - $30.77/hour
