Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN is responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, documenting care, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents/patients.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents/patients.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.

Assist with patient assessments and care planning.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Communicate changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.

Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.

Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.

Support a safe, clean, and patient-focused environment.
Qualifications
-
Active LPN License in good standing.

Current CPR/BLS Certification (preferred).

Previous experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care preferred.

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Pay Rate
$26.46 - $31.34/hour
