LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care and support healthcare teams in a professional clinical environment. The LPN will assist with patient assessments, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license
- BLS Certification preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred
Pay Rate
$26.84 - $31.72/hour
