Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care in a healthcare setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with daily living activities and patient hygiene.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and healthcare needs.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active LPN/LVN license.
- Current BLS certification (preferred/required based on facility).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Previous clinical or long-term care experience is preferred (depending on the position).
Pay Rate
$29.69 - $34.57/hour
