Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting while supporting their health, safety, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
- Assist with care plans and coordinate resident care.
- Communicate with RNs, physicians, residents, and families.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Active LPN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Previous LTC, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$42.94 - $47.82/hour
