Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Center Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a healthcare facility or outpatient center. The Center Administrator will provide operational leadership, manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee financial performance, and promote exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the healthcare center to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinical, administrative, and support staff while fostering a collaborative work environment
• Coordinate staffing schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and patient satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and facility policies
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed
• Assist with budgeting, financial management, revenue cycle oversight, expense control, and operational reporting
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and executive management to achieve organizational goals and improve patient outcomes
• Oversee patient registration, scheduling, medical records, billing coordination, and front-office operations as applicable
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships, facility maintenance, inventory, equipment, and supply management
• Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner
• Support employee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation as required by organizational and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive healthcare management or clinic administration experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and personnel management
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered service and operational excellence
Pay Rate
$67.13 - $72.00/hour
