Licensed Nursing Assistant
Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide compassionate hands-on care and support to patients with daily living and basic healthcare needs. The LNA will assist with personal care, mobility, vital signs, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
- Measure and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
- Provide support with meals and hydration as needed.
- Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Observe and report changes in patients’ physical or behavioral condition.
- Assist with routine patient care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Document care provided accurately and timely.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility care standards.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, patients, families, and other healthcare staff.
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license or certification as applicable.
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program.
- Previous healthcare or nursing assistant experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to assist patients safely with mobility and daily care needs.
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
