Licensed Nursing Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient support and assist with daily care needs under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Measure and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
Assist with patient transfers, positioning, ambulation, and comfort measures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment.
Assist with meals, hydration, and other basic patient needs.
Document care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program.
Current LNA certification/license as required by the applicable state.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Previous healthcare, hospital, long-term care, or clinical experience preferred.
Strong communication, compassion, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$17.00 - $19.74/hour
