Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide hands-on care and support to patients or residents under the direction of nursing staff. The LNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient needs, and promote comfort, safety, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities.
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Measure and record vital signs as directed.
- Observe patients and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
- Provide comfort and support while maintaining patient dignity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Assist with basic patient care activities within scope of practice.
- Follow infection control and patient safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current LNA license or certification as required by the state.
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program.
- Previous healthcare or nursing assistant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Pay Rate
$29.88 - $34.76/hour
