Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities. The LNA will support patients with personal care, mobility, comfort, and safety while working closely with the nursing team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Measure and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
- Assist with feeding, hydration, repositioning, transfers, and mobility.
- Support patients with activities of daily living and use of assistive devices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
- Observe and report patient needs or changes to nursing staff.
- Assist with patient transport and repositioning as needed.
- Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Complete required care documentation accurately.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and patient-care standards.
- Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Current LNA license or certification as required.
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant program.
- Previous healthcare, long-term care, or clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic patient care and safety practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate, dependable, professional, and patient-focused.
Pay Rate
$17.00 - $18.79/hour
