Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support daily living needs under the direction of nursing staff. The LNA will assist patients with personal care, mobility, vital signs, and other basic healthcare needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
Measure and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
Assist patients with feeding, hydration, positioning, transfers, and mobility.
Support patients with ambulation and use of assistive devices.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
Assist with patient transport and repositioning as needed.
Observe and report patient concerns or changes to the appropriate nurse.
Provide compassionate support while maintaining patient dignity and privacy.
Document patient care and observations accurately.
Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.

Qualifications:

Current LNA license/certification as required by the state.
Completion of an approved nursing assistant program.
Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic patient care and safety practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $19.74/hour
