Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. The LNA will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor patient conditions, and support the healthcare team in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
  • Measure and document vital signs, height, weight, intake/output, and other patient observations.
  • Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
  • Assist with specimen collection and other basic clinical procedures within scope of practice.
  • Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Document patient care activities accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  • Follow infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, patient safety standards, and facility policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program.
  • Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of patient care experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic nursing care, patient safety, infection prevention, and proper body mechanics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.65/hour
