Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. The LNA will assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor patient conditions, and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive healthcare environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
  • Measure and document vital signs, height, weight, intake/output, and other patient observations.
  • Assist with patient transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using appropriate safety techniques.
  • Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse.
  • Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and privacy at all times.
  • Assist with specimen collection and other basic clinical tasks within scope of practice.
  • Keep patient rooms clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
  • Follow infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, patient safety standards, and facility policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program.
  • Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent patient care experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of basic patient care, infection prevention, and safe patient handling techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
