Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. The LNA will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor patient conditions, and support the healthcare team in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
  • Measure and record vital signs, height, weight, intake/output, and other patient observations.
  • Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
  • Observe patient conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse.
  • Assist with specimen collection and basic nursing procedures as directed.
  • Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety while providing compassionate care.
  • Keep patient rooms clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Document patient care activities accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
  • Follow infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, patient safety standards, and facility policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program.
  • Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license or certification in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent LNA or Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of patient care techniques, infection prevention, and patient safety.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
