Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. The LNA will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor patient conditions, and support the healthcare team in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
  • Measure and record vital signs, intake and output, and report changes in patient condition
  • Assist with patient mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper body mechanics
  • Maintain patient comfort and ensure a clean, safe, and organized care environment
  • Collect specimens and perform delegated patient care tasks as permitted
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and routine nursing procedures
  • Document patient care accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Follow infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, and patient safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members
  • Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification or license in the state of practice
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent patient care experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic nursing care, infection prevention, and patient safety practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Pay Rate
$25.32 - $30.20/hour
