Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. The LNA will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and support the healthcare team in delivering safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Obtain and record vital signs, height, weight, intake and output, and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
  • Assist with patient transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises using safe patient handling techniques
  • Provide emotional support and maintain patient comfort, dignity, and privacy
  • Assist nurses with admissions, discharges, and patient care procedures
  • Collect specimens and perform routine patient care tasks within the scope of practice
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Ensure patient rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary supplies
  • Follow infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, and patient safety standards
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care
  • Respond promptly to patient requests and communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare team member
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in the state of practice
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent LNA or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection prevention practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $18.22/hour
