Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of Registered Nurses and other licensed healthcare professionals. The LNA will assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor patient conditions, maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across a variety of healthcare settings.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises using safe patient handling techniques
• Obtain and accurately document vital signs, weight, intake and output, blood glucose levels (where applicable), and other patient observations as directed
• Observe patients for changes in physical, emotional, or mental status and promptly report concerns to the supervising nurse
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient transportation as needed
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care while promoting patient dignity, comfort, and independence
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
• Assist nursing staff with routine patient care procedures and specimen collection within the scope of practice
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe patient rooms, equipment, and care environments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in electronic medical records (EMR) or facility documentation systems
• Follow infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, HIPAA regulations, and facility policies and procedures
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care and positive patient outcomes


Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license/certification in the state of practice
• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Licensed Nursing Assistant experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic patient care principles, infection prevention, and patient safety practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Physical ability to lift, reposition, transfer, and assist patients safely in accordance with safe patient handling guidelines
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered, and high-quality care

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
