Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of Registered Nurses and other licensed healthcare professionals. The LNA will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor patient status, promote comfort and safety, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across a variety of healthcare settings.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and oral hygiene
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises using appropriate safety techniques
• Obtain and accurately record vital signs, weight, intake and output, and other patient observations as assigned
• Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the supervising nurse
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed
• Maintain patient comfort by providing emotional support, responding to call lights, and addressing patient needs promptly
• Assist nursing staff with routine patient care procedures and specimen collection within the scope of practice
• Transport patients to diagnostic tests, therapy, and other departments as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe patient rooms and care environments
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR) or facility documentation systems
• Follow infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and facility policies and procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care
• Promote a respectful, compassionate, and patient-centered healthcare experience


Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license/certification in the state of practice
• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required/preferred based on facility requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent LNA or nursing assistant experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic patient care principles, infection prevention, and patient safety practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Physical ability to lift, reposition, transfer, and assist patients safely
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
• Commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, and high-quality patient care

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $20.31/hour
