Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support daily living activities under the direction of nursing staff. The LNA will assist patients with personal care, mobility, comfort, safety, and basic healthcare needs while maintaining dignity, respect, and a patient-centered approach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality care.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, behavior, or safety concerns to nursing staff
• Obtain and record vital signs, intake/output, and other patient information as assigned
• Assist with maintaining patient comfort, hygiene, and a safe care environment
• Support nurses with patient care activities and clinical tasks within scope of practice
• Assist with patient transportation and positioning as needed
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided according to facility standards
• Follow infection prevention practices, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with nurses, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care goals
• Promote a positive patient experience through respectful and professional interactions


Required Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in the state of practice
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred/required based on facility requirements
• Minimum 1 year of recent LNA/CNA experience preferred
• Strong understanding of basic patient care practices and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Ability to assist with patient mobility and physical care needs
• Strong teamwork and reliability skills
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation preferred

Pay Rate
$25.32 - $30.20/hour
