Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support nursing teams in delivering safe, high-quality healthcare services. The LNA will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor patient needs, provide basic clinical support, and promote comfort, dignity, and independence in various healthcare settings.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and licensed nursing staff
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and other patient care observations
• Assist with patient transfers, repositioning, and use of mobility equipment
• Support patient comfort, safety, and personal care needs
• Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to nursing staff
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and nutritional support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
• Assist with admission, discharge, and routine care activities as assigned
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely according to facility standards
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and patient confidentiality guidelines
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families while maintaining professionalism


Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in the state of practice
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent healthcare or nursing assistant experience preferred
• Strong understanding of basic patient care procedures and safety practices
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Ability to provide compassionate care to patients with diverse needs

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $20.31/hour
