Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Position Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients while supporting their comfort, safety, and daily needs. Assist the nursing team with basic patient care and monitor and report changes in patient condition.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities.
- Monitor and record vital signs as directed.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
- Support patients with meals, hydration, and comfort needs.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment.
- Follow care plans, infection-control, and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications
- Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant/LNA program.
- Current LNA/CNA license or certification in the applicable state.
- Previous healthcare or patient-care experience preferred.
- BLS certification preferred/required as applicable.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
