Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality patient care while supporting the nursing team in delivering safe and effective healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition.
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
- Maintain patient comfort and ensure a clean, safe care environment.
- Support nurses with routine patient care and clinical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility protocols.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program.
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of basic patient care, infection control, and safety practices.
- Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing setting preferred.
Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
