Licensed Nursing Assistant – VT/NH (LNA)
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support daily clinical operations. The LNA will assist patients with personal care, monitor patient conditions, and work closely with the healthcare team to ensure comfort, safety, and quality care.
Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support patient hygiene, comfort, and safety.
• Assist with feeding and other basic care needs as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Promote a clean, safe, and supportive patient care environment.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in Vermont (VT) or New Hampshire (NH).
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
