Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of Registered Nurses and other licensed healthcare professionals. The LNA will assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor patient conditions, maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across a variety of healthcare settings.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises using safe patient handling techniques
• Obtain and accurately document vital signs, weight, intake and output, and other patient observations as directed
• Observe patients for changes in physical, emotional, or mental status and promptly report concerns to the supervising nurse
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient transportation as needed
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care while promoting patient dignity and comfort
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe patient rooms, equipment, and care environments
• Assist nursing staff with routine patient care procedures and specimen collection within the scope of practice
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care activities in electronic medical records (EMR) or facility documentation systems
• Follow infection prevention protocols, standard precautions, and patient safety guidelines
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care
• Respond promptly to patient requests and contribute to a positive patient experience


Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license/certification in the state of practice
• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent LNA or nursing assistant experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques, infection prevention, and patient safety practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, reposition, and assist patients safely
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
• Commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, and high-quality patient care

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $20.31/hour
