Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Level Clinician (LMLC) to provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, care coordination, and crisis intervention services. The clinician will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and support patients in achieving optimal mental health and overall well-being.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and care plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling within scope of practice.
  • Perform crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed.
  • Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, nurses, case managers, and community resources.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources.
  • Facilitate referrals to appropriate behavioral health and social service programs.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and discharge planning.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and facility policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active Licensed Master Level Clinician (LMLC) license or equivalent master's-level clinical license in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS certification preferred or required based on facility requirements.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent behavioral health, mental health, or clinical counseling experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Excellent communication, critical-thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.

Pay Rate
$68.09 - $72.97/hour
