Licensed Behavioral Health Professional
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals in need of emotional, psychological, or mental health support. The clinician will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with care teams to promote patient stability and well-being.
Responsibilities:

Perform behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide counseling, psychoeducation, and therapeutic interventions to patients and families.

Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and maintain thorough documentation.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and de-escalation when necessary.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted behavioral health license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent based on state requirements).

Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services preferred.

Strong communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.

Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and within a multidisciplinary team.
Pay Rate
$52.68 - $57.56/hour
