Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
We are seeking an experienced Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to oversee laboratory testing, support daily operations, and ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality patient results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee complex laboratory testing and procedures.
- Monitor quality control and ensure accuracy of test results.
- Lead, train, and support laboratory staff.
- Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and testing issues.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
- MLS/MT certification such as ASCP preferred/required.
- Active state license if required.
- Previous medical laboratory experience with leadership responsibilities preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
Pay Rate
$66,000.00 - $103,000.00/year
