LDRP Float Pool RN
We are seeking a skilled LDRP Float Pool RN to provide compassionate nursing care to patients across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum settings while adapting to changing patient and unit needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
Provide medications, IV therapies, treatments, and other nursing interventions as ordered.
Monitor vital signs, fetal heart rate, contractions, and patient progress.
Assist with labor and delivery procedures and respond promptly to maternal or newborn complications.
Educate patients and families on labor, postpartum care, newborn care, and discharge instructions.
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team while maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NRP preferred.
Prior L&D, LDRP, postpartum, or maternal-child health experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, adaptability, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$94.77 - $99.64/hour
